SITE MANAGER

Description

The Site Manager will oversee daily on site construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with contractors supervising construction progress
  • Resolving on-site issues
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor budgets
  • Manage resources
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability in site management, construction oversight, and project coordination
  • Technical knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction methodologies
  • Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and adherence to project timelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with software tools for project management and architectural planning is an advantage

SITE SUPERVISOR

Description

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring projects meet design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing on-site teams coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the execution phase.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
  • Knowledge of architecture, interior design, and technical construction processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
  • Experience in quality control, adherence to safety regulation: and compliance with building codes
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects is an advantage.

COMMUNITY AND CONTENT ASSOCIATE

Description

The Social Media Manager will oversee daily social media strategy, manage and optimize social media platforms, and create engaging content to drive audience engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing innovative social media campaigns,
  • Analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and emerging platforms to enhance digital presence

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute effective Content Strategy
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Creative skills and the ability to stay ahead of digital and social media trends
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking and improving social media performance
  • Experience in the design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus

Description

As an Administrative Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the studio’s daily operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on ensuring projects and the wider team run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage emails, schedules, calendars, and internal workflows.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Keep files, trackers, and digital records organized and updated.
  • Handle vendor communication, procurement follow-up, and light internal comms.
  • Assist with research, report formatting, and general admin/HR tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through.
  • Skilled communicator, especially in writing, with good grammar and tone.
  • Adaptable across tasks, tools, and changing priorities.
  • Reliable, discreet, and able to manage sensitive HR/company information.
  • 1–2 years’ admin/HR experience; proficient with Google Workspace and tools like Zoom, Calendly, Trello, and Canva.

DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Description

As a Design Associate, you’ll support the studio’s design development process from concept to execution. This role blends creativity with technical precision and requires someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop interior design concepts and documentation.
  • Create layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to support presentations.
  • Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; 3Ds Max/Corona is a plus) for drawings and renderings.
  • Produce accurate millwork, furniture, and technical drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about architecture & interior design.
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; rendering skills a plus).
  • Able to interpret client needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic designs.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to stay updated on design trends.
  • Portfolio that showcases strong design development and visualization skills.
